Coaching Agreement

FEE & SESSIONS

The initial Coaching Agreement is for six months, but will continue for as long as you choose.

Once the initial term is fulfilled, please provide a 30-day notice via email of your intent to cancel.

The fee is US $975/month and includes up to two sessions each month of up to sixty minutes.

We will be working consistently towards the goals you have determined. However, each session is unique.

I always allot a full sixty minutes for our session, and my focus is to support you with the challenges you bring to our call. That said, there may be times when we reach a point in our conversation where you believe it makes sense to wrap up before the allotted time. When this occurs, it will be considered a full session.

Between sessions, I am available via email to extend our coaching, provide feedback and receive ongoing updates from you that will help us prepare for our next call.

Please indicate in your message if you require me to review and respond with specific suggestions to anything you send.

Also, please allow between 24-48 business hours for a response, as it takes time to add it to my workflow and give it the attention it deserves.

Note: I review and respond to messages during normal business hours 8 AM - 6 PM ET.

Our coaching sessions will be conducted by telephone or Zoom audio. I will call you for our sessions.

Please come to each session prepared to share the work you’ve done since our last call and a simple plan for topics you’d like to discuss in that session.

If you have to reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice. I will make every effort to work around emergencies and to reschedule the session within the same month.

Because I reserve this time for you each month, unused sessions do not carry over.

PAYMENT

To secure your spot, payment for the first month is due immediately. After your initial payment, you authorize Rob Hatch Coaching and Consulting to process subsequent monthly charges per the terms of this agreement.

CONSIDERATIONS AND INDEMNIFICATION

I work as your partner, but you produce your results.

I will provide you with options to consider when making decisions, but you are ultimately responsible for all decisions and actions taken during our collaboration.

Therefore, you acknowledge that you alone are liable for the effects of your decisions, words, or actions.
