“Rob has a way of dissecting business problems that you “thought” you understood (and had deemed unsolvable), pinpointing the real issues, and laying out actionable solutions. If you are in business and find yourself constantly confronted with brick walls and dead ends that are keeping you from getting you where you want to go – call Rob. Immediately.”

Build on what works.
Too often we focus on extracting lessons from failure when our strengths, the success we have achieved, provide the best understanding for what works for us and gives us a framework from which we can build.
I want to help you build on what works…for you.
What happens on a 30-minute call?
I was recently asked this question. It made me pause to reflect on some of my recent calls with people who were exploring hiring a coach. Here’s what I shared with him.
On one call, I spoke with the publisher of a magazine. Together, we developed a strategy for identifying and approaching potential advertisers.
On another, a woman who is in a career transition left with a better articulation of the type of role she was seeking. We laid out a plan for more effectively utilizing her network rather than submitting resumes into the abyss.
I helped another person better define their niche for their fledgling digital marketing agency. We then developed a simple strategy for client acquisition.
My last call of the day was with someone who needed support to work through strategies navigating a toxic partnership. They came in feeling trapped and left with greater clarity, options, and a plan of action.
As you can see this isn’t a 30-minute call where I pitch you on why you should hire me.
We’re going to get some work done on this call.
If things click, great. If they don’t, we’ll have spent 30-minutes of our day getting to know one another and ideally, you will leave with a bit more clarity and some actions steps.
Make Better Decisions
Running a business can be lonely work. Whether you’re a solo shop or you have dozens of employees, the weight of decisions rests on you.
Adding to that pressure is the constant hum of new ideas, new tools, and new methods buzzing around us. All of it clutters our minds and keeps us from making the best decisions for ourselves and our business.
I help you sort through the noise and mental clutter, to make confident and impactful decisions.
Is this for you?
By anyone’s measure my clients are accomplished professionals and leaders in their field. They are also managing a variety of pressures and are looking to gain clarity and accomplish more.
Many of my clients know they are meant for a bigger stage, and are capable of more. Others have reached a point in their business where an important decision needs to be reached in order to grow.
In all cases, they want to take action with the confidence that they are making the best decisions as they grow their business.
My Role
In my work with individuals and teams, my primary role is to sort through all the demands, needs, and interruptions that keep us from taking action.
Regardless of your industry, your experience, or your challenge, I work with you to arrive at a place where decisions become clear so you can take action to grow and be successful.
How It Works
- Coaching calls are every other week for up to one-hour, 2x per month with some email in between, because not everything happens on the call.
- Topics we discuss vary, but typically address areas of Clarity, Business Growth and Strategy, and Decisions
- Clients commit to an initial six month agreement, after which time we can assess our work together and determine the best schedule going forward.
