Reflective Supervision
Reflective Supervision is a strengths-based approach to supervision anchored in promoting ongoing personal development and enhanced autonomy through regular, collaborative reflection. Participants will learn how to integrate reflective supervision into their existing supervisory skill set to support each employee’s individual goals and development and improve decision-making in alignment with the overall goals of Viking Customer Relations.
Success Framing
Success Framing is the process of identifying and building on the strengths of each individual. This approach utilizes individuals’ prior personal and professional success to develop a set of frameworks for approaching new challenges and problem-solving. Participants will learn how to utilize reflective supervision to identify, reframe, and support the construction of individual success frames with individual employees to help them enhance their personal strengths.
Productivity Suite
Productivity isn’t just about doing more in less time. It’s about being effective with our time and attention to focus on the work that matters most to you and to your organization. We do this by understanding how we work best, and establishing simple systems that will support us personally to deliver our best work within our organization. Best Selling Author and Coach, Rob Hatch will guide your team through this five-session productivity suite series, helping them to develop strategies and frameworks for successfully managing their time and attention.

Put Success in Your Way – 1 – 1.5 hours
Put Success in Your Way is a flexible approach to productivity allowing individuals to create systems that work for them based on their unique needs. Join guest speaker, Rob Hatch as he shares his cornerstone principle for managing your time and attention. Together we’ll learn how to develop simple systems for helping you remove decisions, eliminate distractions, and stay focused whether working in the office or remotely.
Personal Systems for Productivity – 1 – 1.5 hours
Building upon the foundational principle of Put Success in Your Way, participants will learn how to establish time and communication boundaries to help improve focus and attention on the work that matters most in their respective roles. This session covers topics of Decision Making, Managing Distractions, and helps you develop simple strategies that work for you and your organization.
Make Better Decisions – 1 – 1.5 hours
This session will help participants develop a useful framework for making better decisions about your time, your business, your money, your health and anything else that matters, with clarity and purpose. Participants will learn a simple framework for reducing overwhelm and be able to frame up a simple approach for the larger decisions we face.
ActionStacks – 1 – 1.5 hours
ActionStacks are an effective, personalized tool for simplifying tasks, decreasing decision fatigue and reducing mistakes. This session will help you create your own repeatable action plans for small projects and tasks to help keep you focused.
Daily Automation Tips – 1 – 1.5 hours
There are so many tools and features available to us in the technology we use everyday. Oftentimes we feel like information and communication comes at us at a blinding pace. It leaves us feeling like we are serving the technology instead of it serving us. This session is designed to help us flip that script.
We’ll discuss strategies that help you move beyond the default settings and set up technology to serve you more effectively, better manage the flow of information, reduce interruption, and focus on the work that matters.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Great Minds Think Differently: Strategies for supporting neurodiversity in the workplace – 1 – 1.5 hours
Neurodiversity is a term used to describe neurological differences. We often hear this term in the context of Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and other natural variations in human brain function. In this session we’ll expand our understanding of the unique differences and strengths attributed to neurodivergent minds, and we’ll learn strategies to support, include, and bring out the best in our neurodivergent friends, colleagues, and clients.
